How to use the Natur Planet Magnesium Sulphate (Bitter Salt) powder:

For the preparation of relaxing baths: Pour 1-2 glasses of salt into a bath tub filled with warm water. The bath should last about 15-20 minutes. Do not use additional cleaning agents (soaps, detergents) during bathing, as they affect the operation of salt.

For face peeling: mix half a teaspoon of salt with a little bit of natural oil in the dish. Massage the face for a while using the mixture, then rinse with water.
